History
The origin of the firm lies in a survey practice that has been operational and located in George since 1978. The current partners are, both registered Professional Land Surveyors and Sectional Title Practitioners. J H Bailey began practising with the firm in 1981 after obtaining a B. Sc. degree in Land surveying from the University of Cape Town. H W le Roux has a degree in Land Surveying from the University of Pretoria. He joined the firm in 1998. In 2001 the partnership Bailey & le Roux was formed.
Policy
The nature of our profession demands dedication to precision and perfection. We use this cultivated attitude to provide our clients with services and advice of the highest standard. Through our intrinsic understanding of spatial relations we strive to ensure that all development we are involved in is to the carefully balanced benefit of our clients, society and the natural environment.
Area of operations
Our core area of operations is the Garden Route and surrounding Administrative Districts. Although we are focused on projects in the Western and Eastern Cape of South Africa we are able to undertake or assist with any survey or development endeavor both nationally and internationally.
Working closely with local authorities and developers in the George, Mossel Bay, Hessequa, Knysna and Eden Municipalities we have extensive knowledge of specific local survey conditions and planning practices. We are ideally situated to assist developers in this area with information and advice towards all forms of property development. |
